If I accept an assignment with Alternative Staffing – AZ, who is my actual employer?

Alternative Staffing – AZ is your employer for any assignments you accept. Having your paychecks issued by Alternative Staffing – AZ helps you easily keep track of your earnings. We also take care of all payroll taxes and exemptions and cover you under our workers’ compensation insurance.


What do I need to do to be eligible for temporary assignments with Alternative Staffing – AZ?

In addition to providing a completed employment application, all applicants go through a standard interview with one of our Staffing Coordinators. After we make an offer to hire, all applicants must provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States. After that you are ready for assignment.


Are all temporary assignments for 40 hours per week?

Assignment lengths vary based on the needs of our clients. Many assignments are 40 hours per week, while others are not.
